We know that family law matters can feel overwhelming, and you likely have many questions about what comes next. To help you find clarity, we’ve answered some of the most common concerns our clients face. While every case is unique, these insights can help you prepare for the road ahead.

  • Our office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, by appointment only.

  • We charge a competitive and reasonable hourly rate.  Retainers will vary from case to case.  After your consultation, a retainer will be determined based upon the facts of your individual case. 

    The retainer is separate from any court filing fees or costs that may be necessary for your case. 

  • Each individual case will vary but it's important to recognize that filing for dissolution (divorce), custody or support is a process and will take time.  We will do our best to move your case forward and resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • It depends on the facts of your case, but many cases do not in fact, go to court. Often with clear and concise advocacy, going to court is not required.
